Ordering From Metal Wall Art:
Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide delivery & payment details so that we can process the order. Postage is calculated on weight overall shopping basket weight.
Orders
Time To Sell aim to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours so that they can be dispatched the next available working day. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on a Monday with delivery times ranging between 1 to 5 days depending on item order & delivery service used.
Payment
PayPal will ensure the fastest possible delivery & allows you to pay via credit / debit cards even if you have no PayPal account.
Cheques should be made payable to Time To Sell & are only accepted from UK customers with UK bank accounts.
Cash can be paid but only when the item is collected in person. (GBP only).
UK Postal Orders are accepted.
Credit cards & debt cards accepted through PayPal, no PayPal account is required.

Shipping & Packaging
Items where possible are dispatched on the next available working day & once all monies due have been received & cleared.
Great care is taken to ensure that your order arrives in first class condition so please but with confidence. If you encounter a problem please contact us & we will do all we can to help resolve the situation.
Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)
The published UK Post Office costs which are based on size & weight, including all packaging are used to determine postage cost, plus a small packaging fee. Time To Sell aims to provide a fair service & give customer choice with such options as postal insurance, special delivery, next day delivery, collection in person (FREE), surface mail & others when appropriate. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Time To Sell for a quote.
If you have any queries with regards to P&P or would like to combine multiple purchases please contact us & we will be happy to combine sales to minimise the P&P cost.
International customers should always check the cost of posting to their designated country prior to placing an order.
Time To Sell reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Time To Sell with your concerns. The item can then be returned, undamaged & in its original packaging to Time To Sell within 14 days. Once the item has been received by Time To Sell a refund will be processed. Please note all return postage costs are non refundable & payable by the purchaser.
Legal
Time To Sell will give honest descriptions of sale items & will adequately depict the style, condition & image of the sale item at the time of sale. This is achieved by taking reasonable efforts to inspect the sale item prior to sale. This however does not mean that time To Sell offers any kind of warranty or guarantees with regards to the condition or suitability of the item for sale & it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the sale item is fit for purpose.
